How to Use Leftovers: Apples

Cinnamon Apple Chips

Ingredients
4 apples*
Cinnamon
Sugar

Method
1. Preheat over to 200°F.
2. Cut apples into discs through the core.
3. Cut the core out of the apple discs to make rings.
4. Toss apples in bowl with desired amount of cinnamon and sugar (suggested ratio 1:3).
5. Bake for 1 hour, then flip and bake until crispy (approx. 1 more hour).
